Hard Anodising with PTFE Impregnation

We are specialised in Hard Anodising since more than 40 years with some special Hard Anodising technologies where we can give Hard anodising on Aluminium for extreme applications and we can offer higher thickness of Hard anodising layer with 1000 VPN of hardness on aluminium substrate
Our Special Hard Anodising process on Aluminium castings can offer continuous hard anodised layer on aluminium die casted parts with good hardness and corrosion resistance using special Additive Chemicals & Power supplies with AC superimposed on DC special waveforms.
Our new Hard Anodising with PTFE impregnation process offers extended corrosion resistance with good Coefficient of friction values for typical dry lubrication applications
Some new developments in Hard Anodising process which offers better surface roughness after anodising compared to regular hard Anodising process
